Sign In/Sign Up Instructions
For New Users:
By clicking Sign Up, you will be prompted to enter your email address and create a password. Your password must be at least 8 characters in length. Once you have chosen your password, your account will be created and you will gain access to the portal.
Users cannot sign up for team member 2-4 profiles. Users must be listed on the primary team member's application and the eligibility form must be fully submitted and approved before team member 2 will receive an email to activate their account. If your primary team member has already submitted the team's eligibility form and it has been approved, you can use the forgot your password function to claim your account. Please do not attempt to use the Sign Up button - you will receive an error message.
Furthermore, team members 2-4 do not need to sign into their accounts to receive credit. As long as their contact information is listed on the application, they will receive full credit for the app.
For Returning Users:
Sign into the portal using the email address and the password you created when you originally signed up for the portal. If you have forgotten your password, click "Forgot your password?" and follow the prompts to reset your password.
